We provide digital marketing and related services based on the agreed scope. Service details, timelines, budget, and responsibilities are confirmed before starting any project.
3. Payments
All payments must be made in advance or as per the contract. Campaign budgets for Facebook or Google Ads are always paid by the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide correct business information
- Give authorized access (Facebook, Google Ads, website)
- Follow platform policies
- Pay fees on time
5. Refunds
Service fees are non-refundable once a project has started. Ad spend is controlled by the client’s own ad account.
6. Confidentiality
We protect all business information, documents, login credentials, and project details.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific numeric results (followers, sales, conversions). We are responsible only for the services within our control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a contract with written notice. Completed work must be paid in full.
9. Governing Law
These terms follow general business laws applicable in the USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Bangladesh.

Since our services involve planning, strategy, and manual work, fees are non-refundable once a project has begun.
- Ad Spend Refund
The ad budget (Facebook/Google) is never handled by us; it remains in your ad account. We cannot refund platform-related spending.
- When Refund May Apply
A partial refund may be considered only if:
- Work has not started yet
- The service requested is unavailable
- A rare technical error occurs on our side
